Our booking system “Res Diary” and our booking partners “Stripe” charge us a fee for making a booking, processing and cancellations. We apply a small cancellation fee of €3 per booking which accounts for a small portion of these charges.

Pickle Restaurant is an independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore kindly request that diners give us a minimum of 24 hours notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required.

We require debit/credit card details for reservations to secure your table with us. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. A deposit charge of €25 for dinner and €20 for lunch per person applies, deducted from the bill at the restaurant. Refunds will not be made if you fail to notify us by email of amendments or cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is now necessary.
